Madison, Wisconsin- Illinois Institute of Technology lost consecutive matches, and fell to Maranatha Baptist 3-1. Tech fell to 4-11 overall, while Maranatha Baptist improved to 10-3 overall.

How it Happened: Tech was able to spread the offensive responsibilities more evenly, having two new faces reach double figures in kills, but their stud, Karen Marrufo-Zuburan was unable to maintain her efficiency from previous matches. For the first time all weekend, she recorded a negative box score for offense (-.048). Maranatha was also lethal on defense, who was led by Mckenzie Janke. She led the game in digs (25).
Scarlet Hawk Standouts: Natalie Freund and Sarah Hassell picked up the pace on offense, and reached double figures in kills.. Freund led the team with 12 and Hassell was second with 10.
