Men's Track and Field Traveled to North Central College for Chicagoland Championship

The Scarlet Hawks traveled to Naperville, IL for the Chicagoland Indoor Championships. The competition, hosted by North Central College, gathered over 25 schools from Chicagoland. "With this meet we entered in the second half of the indoor season. We had some good performances and it seems that most people had season best days and are closing on their PR's, and even surpassing them, which is exciting to see."

Joe Yassin continued his strong season with a strong showing in the Shot Put, getting close to the 14m mark again.

The 800m runners, Xavier Alva and Quentin Shipley, set some personal records as well and are looking towards the last meets to continue on getting better.

Scarlet Hawks will return to action on Saturday, February 21st, competing at the Margaret Bradley Invitational hosted by University of Chicago.
