Marina Hartung joined the Scarlet Hawks as an assistant coach after completing her four-year collegiate career in 2007. She is the current school record holder in 100 and 200 Breaststroke and member of three school relay records (200 and 400 Medley Relay, 200 Free Relay).

Selected as team captain by her teammates three times, Marina helped the Lady Scarlet Hawks to their school best 4th place National meet finish in 2005. Marina was a NAIA National qualifier in 11 individual events, competing in championship finals a total of 8 times.

Marina received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and minors in Psychology and Entrepreneurship in 2007. She is currently employed as a Senior Recruiter for the Esquire Staffing Group, Chicago's oldest privately held staffing agency, where she leads the Engineering recruiting department.
