Classes will resume in the Fall.
Salsa
This class offers you the opportunity to learn how to dance SALSA/MAMBO so that you can impress your friends, and includes a low-impact cardiovascular exercise routine that you can practice at home. No pervious dance experience is necessary. Class is offered in a beginning and continuing level.
Zumba
Ditch the workout, join the party! Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away!
Aqua Zumba
Aqua Zumba is a safe, effective and challenging water-based workout set to dance that integrates the Zumba formula and philosophy into traditional aqua fitness. Class is held in the Keating Pool.
Gentle Yoga
This class is a hatha yoga class done at a slower pace, the poses are very basic and simple. This type of class is perfect for anyone who needs to keep the practice simple and easy, it is great for anyone who also needs to complement their vigorous practice with a refreshing restorative experience.
Vinyasa Yoga
A vinyasa yoga class will be more of a movement style of yoga. The instructor will lead the students through poses that "flow" from one to another. Vinyasa in general might mean that every pose will be connected to the next or it can indicate that between poses a prescribed set movement will be done in between every pose or pose set.
