









After a fantastic 2008 season the Men's Soccer team received a host of individual honors on Monday afternoon, as the CCAC unveiled their end of season teams and personal award winners.
Top goal scorer Diego Dias, right midfielder Rob Ritchie-Smith and attacking midfielder Andrew Lichaj were all named to the CCAC All Conference First Team of the year, whilst left midfielder Graeme Port and defender Joe Williams made it onto the All Conference Second Team.
To add to these honors Brazilian striker Diego Dias picked up the CCAC Player of the Year award and English midfielder Rob Ritchie-Smith scooped up the Conference Freshman of the Year prize.
Both players had fantastic seasons this year with Dias scoring a school high 24 goals in 17 games whilst Ritchie-Smith notched an impressive 7 goals and 17 assists in 16 games.
To add to these individual player awards the Hawks Head Coach Lee Hitchen was also named the CCAC Coach of the Year, for the fantastic job that he has done in assembling and managing this year's championship winning side.
