The Illinois Tech men's swimmers swam to a tough loss at the University of Chicago on Friday. The 200 Medley Relay team of Joe Taylor, Kyle Pinsonneault, Dale Cuffe and Andrew Mehr led things off for the Scarlet Hawks with a win.  The team then flexed their muscle in the sprint events by touching first in the 200 Free (Cuffe - 1:45.57), the 50 Free (Pinsonneault - 22.00) and the 100 Free (Mehr - 47.68).  Unfortunately for the Scarlet Hawks, the University of Chicago was too strong and too deep.  The team continues competition this weekend at the Keifer Fall Classic, hosted by Carthage College.
