








The Women's Volleyball team (17-17, 7-3) had their last home game and conference match this Tuesday against Calumet College of Saint Joseph (1-35, 1-9). The Hawks dominated the first game, winning 25-9. The Hawks lost their run after that, as a point for point battle did not turn out in the Hawks favor, as they lost the second game 28-30. The team found their energy after that lost however and came back to reclaim the last two games (25-16, 25-13) to win the match.
Senior outside hitter Melissa Cheviron (Fort Wayne, IN) led the team with 18 kills and 8 digs while sophomore middle blocker Kayla Heller (Dixon, IL) added 16 kills and 3 service aces for the Hawks. Senior setter Kiyomi Pyle (Tucson, AZ) had 37 set assists and senior libero Aubrey Vanderheyden (Rockford, IL) had 18 defensive digs for the team.
